When Can I Expect To Receive My Order?

To calculate when you will receive your order, you need to consider the availability of the items you are ordering, as well as the shipping option that you select.

Here's the equation that we use to calculate order arrival times:

Longest Item Availability + Shipping Time = Total Estimated Delivery Time

1-4 business days (item availability) + 2-4 business days (shipping time) = delivery to your door within approximately 3-8 business days after placing your order.

Regarding Out-of-Stock Items

In general, The Jerusalem Gates typically carries all of its products in stock, with some exceptions such as with Personalized Jewelry, made-to-order luxury jewelry, Jesus Sandals, etc. In the event that the item you ordered is temporarily out-of-stock, our customer service team will notify you within 48 business hours and help you with your order. You will be informed of the estimated wait time it will take to get your item back in stock or assisted with canceling or exchanging your order for another product.

What if my order includes several items with different availabilities?

Unless you notify us by email, multiple-item orders are held for shipment until all items are available. (For instance, if you order three items, and two have an availability of 24 hours while one has an availability of 2 to 3 business days, your order will ship when all the items are available, in 2 to 3 business days.)
